- Sea of your Sleep: this program, customized and supported by the Centre of the Sleep of the Hotel Dieu in Paris, teaches you how to relax, and to sleep well and to find your natural rhythms: relaxation therapy, relaxation swimming pool, Nuad Bo Lann massage, relaxing massage or modelling, bubbling bath with essential oil of balm.

- Active Emerald: this program allows you to improve or to maintain your physical shape, and to develop your sport performances.

- Thalasso and Golf: for the golfers who wish to have a charming stay. Two care a day during 6 days (except in July and August), that is 12 care, as well as 5 green fees at the Golf of Dinard.

The place : The Thalassa spa of Dinard, in Brittany, enjoys an exceptional setting. It is situated on the heights of a rocky overhang dominating the sea, the Point of Saint-Enogat.

Nestled in the heart of the French Wild Coast, bathed by The Channel, the spa offers particularly tonic as well as relaxing programmes.

Novotel – Accor Thalassa
What do you fancy for your room: sea view or sea view? The 106 rooms of the hotel, built in wall bars, because of the exceptional setting of the Centre, all have a sea view.

La Résidence
This hotel is recommended for those who hate chain hotels. 66 magnificent studios and one apartment of contemporary decoration, with neutral and soothing tones are oak-panelled.

The outside architecture is inspired by the villas of the roaring twenties, quite similarly to the style of the villas of the English coastal city of Brighton. Every studio has a kitchen area, a telephone, a radio and satellite television.



Restaurants : Restaurant "La Frégate"
The traditional restaurant La Frégate (Frigate bird) benefits naturally from the magnificent sight that the Centre of Thalassotherapy offers on the Island of Cézembre. The cooking is widely seafood products based. On Sundays, a buffet of the sea will delight you with its flavours.

Restaurant "La Goelette"
The dietary restaurant La Goelette (The Schooner) allows you to benefit from a low-fat but delicious cooking. The accompaniment is personalized; you are followed by a dietician until you return home. Attention: the dietary formula is only possible on full board.

Sports et leisures : The Centre of Thalassotherapy benefits from all the necessary equipments: covered and warmed sea water swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, solarium, room of body-building and gymnastics.

It is possible to enjoy, with an extra charge, two outdoor tennis courts, or to rent traditional cycles or mountain bikes, sand yacht or sailboat. Two golf courses, Saint-Briac and Saint-Cast, are close to the spa.
